Arrowhead Golf Course has two very different nines. The front nine is longer and more open than the back 9, tempting you to grip it and rip it. The back nine is tightly tree lined and very scenic. The shade created by the trees on the back nine is refreshing on the hot summer days! Trees included are Oaks, Maples, Sycamores,Osage Orange, River Birch, Blue Spruce and Weeping Willows just to name a few. The course truly has unmatched autumn beauty. A ravine challenges you on 3 holes on the front side. Brandywine Creek will come into play on 4 holes on the back nine, as well as fairways that are lined by a wide variety of mature timbers.
Par for the course is 70. From the back tees the course plays to 5,915 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 5,068 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 8, a par-5 that plays to 535 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 5, a par-3 that plays to 89 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 8, a 535 yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 16, a 99 yard par-3.
